Who this policy covers
This policy describes the Veylunex main site and its four current quick tools. Veylunex is an independent online tools project. Privacy questions can be sent to xtladf8@gmail.com. Future studios will publish their own applicable data-handling details before launch.
Files and text used in tools
PDFs, subtitle text, CSV data and images are read into your browser’s memory to perform the operation you select. The tool code does not send those inputs or outputs to Veylunex, an API or a third party. Downloaded outputs are saved through your browser. Closing or reloading the page discards its workspace; your original file remains on your device.
Your browser, operating system, extensions or device backups may have their own behavior outside our control. The tools do not save a file history or cache inputs in a service worker. Do not paste private file contents into tool searches, contact messages or URLs.
Preferences and search
We use browser local storage under veylunex-theme to remember your light or dark theme. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. This preference stays on your device and is not used for advertising.
Directory filters and search terms can appear in the page URL so that you can revisit or share that view. Search is performed against a static index in the browser. Avoid entering confidential information in a search because URLs can be retained by browsers, shared or logged by a hosting provider.
Hosting and essential delivery
The site is prepared for Cloudflare Pages hosting. When it is hosted there, Cloudflare receives information needed to deliver requests, which may include your IP address, requested URL, browser headers and security events. Retention and processing depend on the provider’s service configuration and policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We do not currently add a visitor analytics service, fingerprinting code, marketing cookies or account system. Fonts and tool libraries are served with the site.
Contact messages
The contact form prepares an email draft locally. Nothing is submitted by the form. If you send the draft through your own mail application, we receive the name, reply address and message you include. Your email provider and the receiving Gmail service also handle that email under their own terms and privacy policies.
We use received messages to address the question, fix an issue or consider feedback. Keep private files and unnecessary personal information out of the message. To request deletion of a conversation we control, contact us using the same address. We may retain information where needed to address an unresolved request or meet a legal obligation.
Advertising is currently off
No AdSense or other advertising script is active on this version. If advertising is introduced, we will update the policy, identify the relevant providers and implement any required consent and preference controls before enabling it.
For a future Google advertising integration, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this or other sites. Google’s advertising cookies may enable personalized ads. Information about personalized advertising controls is available at Google My Ad Center and industry opt-out controls. These are future considerations, not a description of active advertising here.
Your choices and questions
You can clear site storage, stop using a tool, avoid sending a contact email or ask us about information in a message you sent. Rights available under applicable privacy laws remain available to you. We do not offer accounts or profiles to access or sell.
If you believe sensitive information was sent by mistake, email xtladf8@gmail.com with enough context to identify the conversation, without repeating the sensitive information.
Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date and this page when our actual data handling changes. A new product, analytics service or advertising integration requires a review of its disclosures before launch.
