The service

Veylunex is an independent online tools project providing practical guides and browser utilities for documents, subtitles, data and images. These terms apply to the main site. If you use it, you agree to these terms to the extent they can lawfully apply to you.

The four studios marked Coming Soon are planned products. Their descriptions are statements of intended direction, not promises of a release date, specific pricing or currently available functionality. Any future paid or account-based service will publish its own applicable terms before use.

Permitted use

Only process content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for having any necessary permission from others whose information or intellectual property appears in it. Do not use the site to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malicious files, disrupt services or misrepresent the source of content.

Do not attempt to bypass hosting protections or overwhelm the service. Tool limits are part of the current experience and should not be treated as a guarantee that every device can handle every file within them.

Your content and results

You retain your rights in files and text you supply. Local processing does not grant Veylunex ownership of your input or output. The quick tools do not upload that content to our server. Contact emails are handled as described in the privacy policy.

Keep an unchanged original and inspect each export before relying on it. Extraction can change document navigation or signatures; subtitle shifting does not fix timing drift; conversion does not validate a destination schema; image re-encoding can alter metadata and appearance.

Availability and limitations

The tools and guides are provided as available. We work to make them useful, but do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser, error-free output or suitability for a particular professional filing or production process. We may improve, change or withdraw a utility as the project develops.

Guides explain practical operations. They do not replace a required professional review, your organization’s policies or the receiving system’s own requirements. A completed operation does not certify the accuracy, legality or accessibility of a file.

Site materials and third-party services

The Veylunex name, visual identity, original guides and site design belong to their respective rights holders. You may use and download the supplied practice files for learning and testing. Please do not present our original guides or brand as your own.

The site may link to external services. Their content, availability and policies are controlled by those services. Open-source dependencies remain subject to their own licenses; their inclusion does not mean the full studio products are available.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veylunex does not provide warranties beyond those expressly required by law and is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Choose an appropriate tool and review process for important, confidential or regulated material. Avoid treating a browser utility as the sole verification step for an important submission.

Changes and contact

We will revise the effective date when these terms change. Material changes to an active product will be explained alongside that product. Continued use after a change is subject to the updated terms where lawful.
